Intro To 'Tapping' (EFT): Tapping For Stress & Anxiety

EFT or ‘Tapping’ is a great technique that helps to clear and balance the meridians - the energy pathways in the body. This technique is very effective for releasing stress and clearing old beliefs and behavioral patterns by tapping on specific acupressure points (its painless!) and focusing on what it is you would like to clear.
